IMI GAL Exporter for Microsoft® Exchange Server is a small utility for Exchange Admin to export GAL (Global Address List) to a Microsoft® Access® table.

IMI Contacts Exporter is an utility specially designed for Microsoft® Outlook® users to export Contacts Items from any Microsoft® Office Outlook® and/or Microsoft^® Exchange Public Contacts Folder (or private Mailbox folder) to Microsoft® Office Access® table or Microsoft® Office Excel® file.

You can restrict exported items (add filter) for lots of Contacts fields.
For example you can apply filter, exported portion to includes only these Contacts, where Categories field contain "Key Customer" or Department field is equal to "Sales", or Last Name field starts with "Gubb"..

IMI Contacts Exporter to Microsoft^® Office Excel^® and Microsoft^® Office Access^® 2000 works on Microsoft^® Windows^® 95/98/Me/2000/XP/2003/Windows Vista^® with a valid Outlook/MAPI profile.

You can restrict exported items (add filter) for lots of Contacts fields.

Please be aware MAPI/ADO are properly installed in your PC.

The version of "IMI Contacts Exporter" that is available for download is free and fully functional, but exports only the first 100 contacts and you can use it 15 days without registration. After registration limitations will be removed.
